Please read them carefully before making a purchase. 1. AGE RESTRICTION 1.1. TQLA does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 1.2. We reserve the right to request identification upon purchase and delivery. 1.3. Delivery personnel may refuse to complete the delivery if valid identification is not provided or if the recipient appears to be intoxicated. 2. LICENSING INFORMATION 2.1. TQLA operates under Liquor License Number 57712153 2.2. All sales and deliveries comply with the relevant state and territory liquor laws. 3. DELIVERY POLICY 3.1. Alcohol deliveries will only be made during permitted hours as per state regulations: - Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM 3.2. A person over the age of 18 must be present to accept the delivery. We do not leave alcohol unattended. 3.3. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated or fails to provide valid identification upon request. 4. PAYMENT POLICY 4.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods specified at checkout. 4.2. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 4.3. In the event of a payment dispute, TQLA reserves the right to cancel or withhold orders until the matter is resolved. 4.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date. 5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS 5.1. Returns and refunds are only accepted for: - Faulty or damaged products. - Incorrect orders. 5.2. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 5.3. Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 6. PRIVACY POLICY 6.1. TQLA is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. 6.2. We collect and store customer information solely for processing orders, marketing communications (if opted-in), and improving our services. 6.3. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law. 7. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL 7.1. TQLA supports the responsible service of alcohol and does not sell or deliver alcohol to intoxicated persons. 7.2. LIABILITY LIMITATION 9.1. TQLA is not liable for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions. 9.2.
